Ellie: hot chocolate!
Me: no, not hot chocolate. How about porridge?
Ellie: yes! And can I have a drink?
Me: sure you can.
Ellie: hot chocolate is a drink!
Ellie: Mommy, do you love coffee?
Me: I sure do! I LOOOOOOVE coffee.
Ellie: Does coffee love you?
Me: Yup, it does.
Ellie: Mommy, don't be silly. Coffee's not a PERSON!
Me: Coffee still takes better care of me than some people.
